We are committed to ensuring that you are completely satisfied with the product that you purchase from us. If in the event that you are not, we will gladly accept the return of any unused item within 30 days from the date of purchase and issue a full refund provided that:

1.The item is returned to AirNox in its original packaging and condition
2.The product or its container has not been used or opened and all seals remain intact

The cost of the returning the item is the customers responsibility, however we will help where possible to ensure that a return can be made as easily as possible as follows:
Palletised Goods – For any product delivered on a pallet or in an IBC, please contact us and we can arrange drop off/collection. We would however require payment prior to collection but the rates charged will only be the cost of collection – there will be no additional administration fee. Alternatively, the customer can arrange collection themselves to the address below between the hours of 9.00am – 4.00pm Monday to Friday.

Double Check your Delivery Address

Please be aware it is the responsibility of the customer to check that the details they provide to AirNox Pty Ltd are correct. On receipt of your order confirmation, please take a moment to ensure that everything is as is should be including the delivery address and contact details. We work quickly to get your order on the way to you as soon as possible, therefore please notify us of any amendments within 1 hour of placing your order and we will try to update the details.

Goods under 25kg – For products under 25kg, please package these in a suitable box and take these to your nearest POSTNET. Please send them to the following address:
