THE DELIVERY INFORMATION BELOW HAS ALWAYS BEEN ACCURATE HOWEVER WE ARE EXPERIENCING SOME ISSUES WITH LATE DELIVIERIES DUE TO THE VOLUME BEING MOVED IN THE DELIVERY NETWORKS. WE ASSURE YOU THAT WE WILL DO OUR UPMOST TO ENSURE THAT YOUR ORDER REACHES YOU AS PER THE INFORMATION BELOW, BUT PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT THERE MAY BE OCASSIONS WHERE THIS DOES NOT HAPPEN AS PER THE TIMESCALES BELOW AND THIS IS OUT OF OUR CONTROL

AdBlue® products (including 210L Drums and 1000L IBC’s) are held in stock and can be dispatched next day/collected within 12-24 hours after payment is complete. Orders should be placed by 15.00 hours which will be dispatched the next working day; for orders placed after 15:00 hours, the order will be dispatched/collected within 24 to 48 hours unless being advised otherwise by the customer service team via chat platform/WhatsApp.

The AdBlue^® should be delivered nationwide from our factory to the customer within 2-3 days or 3-4 days (depending on the customer selection) after placing an order, (excluding Sunday). For all other accessories products please allow approximately 2-3 days or 3-4 days depending on the stock level however it could take approximately 4 weeks before your order for AdBlue^® Dispensing Pump Kit is ready for dispatch as all AdBlue^® pumps are manufactured to order.

Once manufactured, the product will be dispatched using your chosen shipping/collection method.

• Individual Items over 25kg will be shipped by AirNox Pty Ltd on pallets, forklift may be needed to unload
• Individual Items below 25kg will be shipped using third parties courier companies
• For individual products above 25kg, delivery is calculated by the destination address
• For individual products below 25kg, delivery is standard nationwide
• A delivery fee is provided on the basket page to give guidance on the total cost of delivery for your selected products
• Customers are encouraged to collect the products from our Boksburg Factory to reduce delivery costs

Incase of a mixed order containing both pallet items and smaller items, then will be shipped by AirNox or collected from our factory. Please contact our customer service team via a chat platform or WhatsApp to arrange for collection time at our factory in Boksburg
